Atiku blows hot, petitions Court over ploy to delay Presidential Tribunal

what he called a deliberate ploy, to truncate the constitutional timeline of the presidential election petition before the Tribunal.

The PDP and Abubakar had based their application, among other things, on the ground that Bulkachuwa is the wife of Adamu Bulkachuwa, a prominent card-carrying member of the All Progressives Congress and Senator-elect for Bauchi north senatorial district, which is a political party involved in the suit.

According to him, the Tribunal has a timeline to prosecute the petitions, adding that 76 days have already been expended out of the 180 days allowed by law, as seen in Section 134 and of the Electoral Act .

Atiku should learn from ANTHONY JOSHUA. (Sportsmanship). Joshua is above the LINE while Atiku fall below the line.

One of ur major supporters is a letter writer & u are a petition writer, but none of u wrote against d massive looting of ur PDP days or the massive rigging during ur days. There is God O.

No need to blow hot for any delay, 'PDP can announce replacement' since PDP does not believe in strong institutional structures but only believe on individual structures.
