Alleged certificate forgery: Appeal Court dismisses suit against Adeleke

The Court of Appeal on Thursday in Abuja dismissed suit challenging the eligibility of Sen. Ademola Adeleke of the Peopels Democratic Party to contest the Osun Governorship election on account of alleged certificate forgery.
