Huawei’s Chief Legal Officer Song Liuping attends a news conference on Huawei’s ongoing legal action against the U.S. government’s National Defense Authorisation Act action at its headquarters in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China May 29, 2019. — Reuters: Huawei said Wednesday the tech giant has asked a US court to throw out US legislation that bars federal agencies from buying its products.
