Mavcom will wait for court ruling on AirAsia’s mediation bid, says report

THE Malaysian Aviation Commission will respond according to the court’s decision on AirAsia Group Bhd and AirAsia X Bhd’s bid to compel the regulator to adjudicate the airlines’ dispute with Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd, reports The Edge Weekly. Mavcom chairman Dr Nungsari Ahmad Radhi told the financial weekly the commission will let the process take its course and will respond accordingly to the court’s decision on the application.
