Court to decide joint trial for Rosmah, ex-aide

Rosmah Mansor was charged with three counts of soliciting RM187.5 million and receiving RM6.5 million involving the solar hybrid project for 369 rural schools in Sarawak. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, May 24, 2019.

THE Kuala Lumpur High Court will decide by next Friday on an application by the prosecution to jointly hear the graft case of Rosmah Mansor and her former aide Rizal Mansor involving a solar project for Sarawak rural schools. Also heard today was another application for Rosmah’s money laundering and tax evasion case to be jointly tried with the other two cases.
