Mkhwebane considering appealing high court ruling on Vrede report

Johannesburg - Public Protector Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane is considering appealing a North Gauteng High Court ruling on her Vrede Dairy Project report, her office confirmed on Monday.

The court application related to the investigation and reporting by Mkhwebane on the Free State’s department of Agriculture Vrede Integrated Dairy Project. "Rather than arguing the merits of her case in the media, Adv. Mkhwebane will express herself at the apex court should direct access be granted."

Time for Zuma appointees to understand that their time has come to an end.

As long as she pay herself for the appeal. As a taxpayer I am not happy to waste money on feeding her ego.

Taxpayers money again

The shoes are getting to big to fill my pp?

AdvBMkhwebane just resign already...yawn

Waste more money, yes. Instead redo report with thorough investigations.

Incompetence at it’s worst. She should be sacked

This woman is incompetent shem

She must consider resigning

I have come to doubt her judicial prowess and astuteness.

Appeal with pleasure.. But with your own costs. Taxpayers shouldn't have to fork out for your appeal ..
