The apparent incompetent writing in the Sun (I won't call it journalism because it's not) indicates a level of mendacity that lifts it above the easy claim of incompetence suggesting a sinister attempt to control the narrative rather than recording the truth.

Ok. Let’s review this erroneous article. Firstly, “The Swedish hacker” is incorrect. Julian is an Australian citizen. He only visited Sweden for a conference in 2010. As for “hacker”, his correct occupation title is ‘Journalist’ as WikiLeaks is a Media/Publisher org.

“Sir Henry Bellingham wants to know why a jail officer was not allowed to monitor the meetings...He said: “It’s typical of Assange . . . trying to mount a distraction.”” Again, no you tosspot, if this was just about bail breach or Sweden he wouldn’t be in Belmarsh. Unity4J

Didn’t have a guard with his visitors as per usual procedures. How dare he get special privileges! That’s because, you tosspots, every other prisoner in a Category A prison is there because they are considered dangerous. A guard wasn’t needed because he is a political prisoner.

Propaganda rag . . .

'I will be trying to assess the risks of torture and ill treatment Mr Assange might be exposed to' no point in speaking to him then, better talk to the countries that want him in custody
