It was hardly a shock. TO found a lefty activist judge who no doubt hoped his decision would all but make it impossible for Ford to appeal, win and cut council in time. He was wrong in more ways than one.

Can someone be done with a decision and move on? Did these courts get involved when tax payers money was spent to buy pipelines, gas plant cancellation, orange helicopter scandal, sale of 407, Hydro One, etc? Where were the lawyers and protesters? Hope judges will deliver to overturn previous decision.
