N25m fraud: Ex-Gombe revenue board chair, 3 others convicted dailytrust

Former chairman of Gombe State Board of Internal Revenue, Atiku Mu’azu Bayun and three other principal officers, after Justice Beatrice Iliya of the Gombe State High Court found them guilty of conspiracy and theft of N25 million and ordered them to pay a fine of N100,000 each following the allocutus by the defence counsel as well as restitute the remaining money to the state govt.
