So long as Buhari remains as the president of Nigeria, and so long as the unconstitutionally and illegally appointed impostor, Tanko Mohammed, remains on the already desecrated seat of the CJN, nobody should expect anything positive from the Nigeria's Courts.

PDP wants Appeal Court President to withdraw from presidential election tribunal - Premium Times NigeriaPDP allege that as the chairman of the five-man panel, Mrs Bulkachuwa, would likely be biased in the handling of the tribunal’s proceedings. PDP approaches to issues have kept me wondering what is up to. We have been shouting this long ago without response from them. I just hope the needful would be done for the sake of justice and fair play. For justice to prevail, she should withdraw. We dont want perversion of justice. How can a woman whose husband was elected under the platform of APC be the appeal court president to a matter involving her husband's party? Nigeria's judicial system is a scam.
