The governor who spoke after signing the six bills into law observed that it was a collective responsibility for all Deltans to contribute towards building a virile state that will be the pride of all.
Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa ; Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori ; Clerk of the House, Barr. Lyna Ocholor ; Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Peter Mrakpo and Secretary to State Government, Hon. Ovie Agas, during the Signing into law, 9 Bills Passed by the State House of Assembly,One of the bills which have now become law is the Warri/Uvwie and Environs Special Area Development Agency bill.
