Osun: Why Appeal Court judgement cannot stand – Adeleke

The Peoples Democratic Party governorship candidate for Osun 2018 Governorship Election, Ademola Adeleke, said he had instructed his counsels to challenge the appeal court judgement which upheld Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s election at the Supreme Court.

“I received with dissatisfaction the judgement of the Court of Appeal on the ruling of the election petition tribunal which had duly returned me as the validly elected governor of Osun state. He, however, urged the people of the state not to be downcast, saying that the struggle for good governance and retrieval of the people’s mandate cannot be truncated by any flawed judgement.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal nullified the judgment of the Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.

When they have been told what judgement to give, they themselves arrested and arraigned him, just to paint him black. Hahaha! We knew it! Not on the merit of the case but on a very flimsy issue of attendance. Maybe they are afraid of the onnogen formula
