Not really gambling. You can lose in gambling. From what I’ve seen, you know exactly what you are getting when you purchase. At least at a minimum. Don’t we have other issues going on we should be more focused about btw?
Adults can block purchasing features from their cell carrier.
Let's be real here, EA and other AAA video game companies really are engaging in child gambling. I'm glad a senator is calling them out on it (although I don't know if this is the federal gov't's responsibility.

Georgia’s Gov. Brian Kemp signs early abortion ban legislationGeorgia’s Republican Gov. Brian Kemp has signed legislation banning abortions once a fetal heartbeat can be detected. That can be as early as 6 weeks, before many women know they’re pregnant. No discernible heartbeat found in the governor, unfortunately. Brian Kemp also stole the Governor’s seat in Georgia last November. That doesn't matter as it will be struck down in the courts as unconstitutional.
