Human rights lawyers alarmed as government scraps target for 98% of straightforward claims

The Home Office is scrapping its target of processing most asylum claims within six months, the Guardian has learned.

We there’s a surprise it is unlikely they will find them in that time as they do not know how many are in the country. Unless of course they came here legitimately and they have made a slight error and then the full weight of the system will be used erroneously
