Very close vote. 1 judge voting differently would have changed the outcome. 2/5 agreeing with Saskatchewan gives this a lot to appeal.
Basically the court is saying, if you’re against another tax increase, regardless of the social impact, real or perceived, then absolutely do not vote Liberal or NDP. The court has ruled.......Trudeau is finished.
