Beyond urgent inquiry into deaths in custody, such a commission is charged with being proactive in investigating other complaints against the police and enforcement agencies. And even where there may be no formal complaints, the commission is expected to investigate any suspicion of corruption in the police force and enforcement agencies.
The two-month sentence served on the former inspector-general of police for nearly killing the former deputy prime minister during the latter’s incarceration hardly served as a deterrent to these torturers in the Malaysian police force.
They don't even know basic law. I bet most of them don't knw under which law they enforce, they simply do s they like...

Policemen and policewomen are not above the law. Very true. That is why the Penal Code must be used on them.
There are always bad eggs in the forces even world wide ? As protectors to all this underground activities (mafias) ? We need those bodies (third party) to monitor and control this abuses of powers !!! As “grey zones” can be abuse by laws and immunity rights! (100s billions)
