Bionca Ellis faces aggravated murder charges in the stabbing of Julian Wood last month.

a 3-year-old boy in a North Olmsted parking lot in broad daylight last month, is incompetent to stand trial, her attorney argued in court Tuesday.

Ellis sat with her head slumped in her lap during most of the hearing, raising it just once to smile.
