Wonder Woman undergoes a radical costume overhaul in the sequel to Gotham by Gaslight, an Elseworlds series famous for reimagining iconic DC characters in the 19th century. This departure from her traditional look prompts questions about whether DC has captured the essence of her iconic costume in this alternate setting or veered too far from the familiar design.
While scouring the area for their missing colleagues, they stumble upon the ancient ruins from the Kryptonian Age. Exploring further, they enter the ice-encased city, where they find the body of a missing colleague. Shortly thereafter, they encounter a mysterious and battle-ready figure–Wonder Woman.
Wonder Woman’s new costume seamlessly blends elements of gladiator-inspired armor with traditional Inuit clothing.
