A magistrate court sitting in the Ogba area of Lagos has asked an online influencer, Suraj Oyewale popularly known as SirJarus to attend counselling sessions at the Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency .

Magistrate Lateef Owolabi gave this as one of the conditions for striking out the two-count domestic violence charge made by the police against the defendant, SirJarus.At the proceedings in court on Thursday, the two-count charge was read to the defendant and he promptly pleaded not guilty.She said, “My husband has not laid hands on me before. I want to withdraw the case. My husband has not beaten me and he still sent me to Hajj last year. I want peace with him.
