The respondents in the suit are Aminu Ado-Bayero, Nasiru Ado-Bayero Emir, Bichi, Dr Ibrahim Abubakar ll, Emir of Karaye, Kabiru Muhammad-Inuwa, Emir of Rano and Aliyu Ibrahim-Gaya, Emir of Gaya.
