City officials have narrowed it down to two firms to serve as construction manager for the Medina Municipal Court renovation project and they hope to make a final decision later this month.

City Engineer Patrick Patton said the city has narrowed it down to two firms to serve as construction manager for the municipal court renovation project.MEDINA, Ohio –

“Our group met and we narrowed it down to two,” he said. “We invited both firms to an interview and they later both submitted price and technical proposals. We had hoped to come out with a recommendation, but we have decided to invite both firms back to discuss their proposals and then clarify any questions we have.”

According to the city’s agreement with Medina County, the city will have exclusive use of roughly 28,000 square feet of the 1969 Courthouse which will be used to house Medina Municipal Court.
