Kota Kinabalu: Victims of the floods that hit Penampang, Putatan, Tuaran and Tamparuli can seek legal advice for free from the Sabah Law Society .

SLS is among many organisations and individuals coming forward to assist flood victims following the devastating floods since Sunday , which have claimed one life so far.Homes, vehicles, business premises and infrastructure were damaged by the floods and landslides, which also took the lives of pets and livestock.

Social media has been filled with offers of donations to victims, ranging from used clothing to bottled water, mattresses and other daily essentials.
