A senior citizen was back behind bars after a road rage incident led to a battery charge, and he eventually forfeited his bond for not showing up in court.

Randy Ray Daniels was first arrested for battery on March 20, 2024. Then, he was arrested for failure to appear on July 2, 2024.

The alleged victim's name appeared in the arrest report but not his age, and all pronouns were redacted. “ advised they both parked their vehicles when all of a sudden, noticed Randy approached vehicle and begin to yell.
