Singapore courts may soon be able to order the sale of seized properties linked to suspected criminal activities -- without the need for consent from all involved parties. It's under a proposed law introduced in parliament today, which also seeks to make it easier to prosecute money laundering offences. The new bill will also remove the need for prosecutors to show a direct link between criminal conduct and laundered funds.
