The ex-head of the state’s Office of Addiction Services and Supports was busted in Queens for drunken driving last week — and allegedly so plastered that she slammed into parked cars and urinated on herself.

In the criminal complaint, NYPD Officer Christopher Machalek wrote that he heard a loud crash near the intersection of 50th Avenue and Weeks Lane about 10:15 p.m. — just before he noticed several parked cars with badly damaged bumpers.Arlene González-Sánchez, a former state commissioner involving addiction services, was arrested for hitting several parked cars while allegedly drunk over the weekend in Queens.

González-Sánchez — who did not respond to a Post request for comment Monday — is a licensed social worker who led the state’s Office of Addiction Services and Supports for nearly a decade.
