The Supreme Court is set to make big decisions on former President Donald Trump's immunity from criminal prosecution and social media regulations.

The Supreme Court is set to make its most anticipated decisions yet on the final day of its term, with the spotlight on former President Donald Trump's claim of immunity from criminal prosecution.Two other cases examine social media laws passed in Texas and Florida that limit how major platforms, like TikTok and Facebook, can regulate user content.

The court's decision on Trump's immunity claim over election interference and the events of Jan. 6 is another major decision. Timing will play a critical role, reducing the chance that he will stand trial before the election. 'They've handed him a gift because the Court took so long to get to this, which means there's no way that the trial is going to happen before the election,' political analyst Marc Sandalow said. 'It's an enormous victory for Trump.
