Govrnor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has expressed worry at the boldness of drug dealers, who have not only sought court orders

for the release of their shipments but have been successful in securing their seized contraband cargoes.

Yusuf’s amazement was evident, as he discovered that individuals engaged in the illicit drug trade, had successfully procured court orders for the release of their seized contraband.
