“The very point of the traditional tools of statutory construction — the tools courts use every day — is to resolve statutory ambiguities,” the chief justice continued. Without Chevron, two of the Biden administration’s high-profile regulatory schemes are in further jeopardy: the new Title IX rules and student-loan forgiveness.
