KOTA BARU: The Sessions Court here has set Aug 11 for the next mention of the case involving Hafizul Hawari, a tour agency manager charged with seven firearm-related offences.
Judge Zulkifli Abdullah set the date for case management and to review the status of Hafizul's application to transfer the case to the Sepang Sessions Court.Lawyer Nik Mohd Faris Syazwan Zainuzzaman, representing the accused, noted that the proceedings on Sunday were for the mention of the case and said the defence has yet to receive a decision on the transfer application.
