Court orders eThekwini to restore services to residents who refuse to pay for 'free water'

The eThekwini municipality has been ordered to reconnect water for residents who don't want to pay for free water they received by mistake in the past.

The City of eThekwini was ordered to reconnect water services to households that were disconnected due to a controversial water bill adjustment plan.
