Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court Justice Vikas Khaladkar pointed to evidence and testimony from other witnesses he deemed credible that contradicted the complainant’s testimony

In each instance, Khaladkar pointed to evidence and testimony from other witnesses he deemed credible that contradicted the complainant’s testimony.
