Jesse Alexander Fortune's trial was held in May

Jesse Alexander Fortune will appear in Port Hawkesbury provincial court July 5 for a verdict on an alleged sexual assault of a teenage girl and on breach charges.

The 24-year-old’s trial on the sexual assault charge was held May 8. The alleged victim was 15 at the time of the incident. At the July 5 hearing, he will also appear in relation to charges of being at large and failing to comply with a condition, failure to comply with an undertaking and failure to appear at court.It has been our privilege to have the trust and support of our East Coast communities for the last 200 years.
