Jesse Alexander Fortune will appear in Port Hawkesbury provincial court July 5 for a verdict on an alleged sexual assault of a teenage girl and on breach charges.
The 24-year-old’s trial on the sexual assault charge was held May 8. The alleged victim was 15 at the time of the incident.
