Another Susquehanna Valley school district has voted to work with the Independence Law Center.The Elizabethtown school board in Lancaster County voted 8-1 in favor of the partnership with the religious liberties law firm.The vote came after more than two hours of public comment.
'The Declaration of Independence states specifically that we are endowed by our Creator with our rights. I am not endowed by my constitution. The constitution protects the rights that are granted to me by my Creator,' another parent said.ILC offers pro bono services to districts to help write policies that often center around a parent’s choice in their child’s education.
