A former Greece deputy town supervisor is now on the other side of the law.

FILE - Michelle Marini during an interview with 13WHAM in April 2014, when she served as chief of staff for the Town of Greece. According to an indictment unsealed on Tuesday, Michelle Marini is charged with multiple felonies including grand larceny and corrupting the government.

Town of Greece, Supervisor Bill Reilich sued over allegations of forced, unpaid labor at a side business The allegations also include using GPS to illegally track a Greece resident, though that accusation is not specifically referenced in the unsealed indictment.“A lot of people have doubted what I’ve been saying and posting," said Ryan Murphy. "It’s just validation."
