The second capital murder suspect in the Jocelyn Nungaray case is expected to make his first court appearance this morning.

Martinez Rangel’s arraignment hearing is set for 9 a.m. at the Harris County Courthouse. Jocelyn’s family is expected to be in the courtroom just as they were on Monday. Men charged with killing 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray aren't eligible for death penalty but that could change Jocelyn’s family was joined by Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg in court Monday as the family seeks justice on Jocelyn’s behalf.“She was a very special little girl that deserves her justice,” Alexis Nungaray, Jocelyn’s mother, said.
