Family hopes 'justice will be served' after arrest for murder of City of Cape Town official

The widower of 48-year-old former City of Cape Town official Wendy Kloppers, who was gunned down in her white BMW at a City construction site in Delft last year, has welcomed that an arrest has been made in connection with her murder.
