The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta will resentence reality star Julie Chrisley, two years after convicting her and husband Todd of tax evasion.

Things are looking up for 'Chrisley Knows Best' mom Julie Chrisley. The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta on Friday said it will vacate the former USA Network reality star's current prison sentence for tax evasion.

Last year, both received reductions in their sentences: Todd is set to be released nearly two years earlier than originally scheduled, and Julie 14 months earlier. The appeal court's decision Friday marks a victory for the Chrisley family, whose lawyers have been working to appeal the stars' verdict and prison sentences since late last year.
