JUST IN: Supreme Court will hear three high-profile cases involving employment discrimination against LGBT Americans, determining whether federal civil rights protections extend to include sexual orientation and gender identity.

The Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., is pictured on March 15, 2019.

A Georgia man, who alleges he was fired as a child welfare services coordinator because is gay, lost his legal challenge against Clayton County, Georgia, in the Eleventh Circuit, which said sexual orientation is not a protected class. In a third case out of Michigan, a transgender woman who was fired by the funeral home where she worked alleges employers penalized her on the basis of gender identity. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in her favor.

Why shouldn’t America leave Well enough alone? WE THE PEOPLE means All Americans. It’s Sad We can find different groups LOOKING for the edge over other groups of good Americans for Personal Gains.

They need to start checking the discrimination of blacks by Hispanics and Latins.

Libtards have put everyone in boxes to make them a minority, except white men, who they encourage everyone to despise and commit acts of violence on. Hopefully with the court leaning toward the right will halt this political correctness insanity. DemocratsHateAmerica

Weaklings need special treatment instead of equal rights.

Lumping all of them into one group doesn't make sense. Being gay is something an individual can accept and not need medication for. Being trans require surgery and/or medication which might not allow them to be suitable for certain positions, such as front line military.

Can’t wait. Should be very interesting. From a con law perspective, sexual orientation isnt considered a suspect class. However, this could be the term to change that.
