This is also a black eye on the 4-H Club membership at large, and I think it would be well for both the offending boy AND the organization to offer the woman (housekeeper) a heartfelt apology.

NO person should be subjected to that language, that attitude, that humiliation, EVER. To think she could not correct him (however she chose!) is also sad, because that boy needs an EDUCATION in respecting others regardless of color or job description. I blame his folks, though.
