Three women who admitted offences connected to the death of showjumper Katie Simpson have been handed suspended prison sentences.Hayley Robb, 30 , Jill Robinson, 42 , Rose De Montmorency-Wright, 22 had pleaded guilty to a range of offences connected to the death of Ms Simpson.
Hayley Robb, of Weavers Meadow in Banbridge, County Down, pleaded guilty to withholding information and a further two charges of perverting the course of justice.She was sentenced two years suspended for two years. Jill Robinson, 42, from Blackfort Road in Omagh, County Tyrone also admitted perverting the course of justice by washing clothes belonging to Mr Creswell.Rose De Montmorency-Wright, 22, from Craigantlet Road in Newtownards, County Down, admitted withholding information between 9 October 2020 and 13 October 2021.She has been sentenced to eight months suspended for two years.Jonathan Creswell was charged with, and denied, the murder and rape of Katie Simpson.
Ms Simpson, 21, died after an incident in a home in Lettershandoney, County Londonderry, in August 2020.
