Prosecutors have rejected defense claims that they have not disclosed cellphone records in the Bryan Kohberger quadruple murder case.A phone expert for the defense team had claimed he was only getting 'breadcrumb-like' information about Kohberger's cellphone movements. In a filing to Judge John C. Judge dated June 10, deputy prosecutor Ashley Jennings listed 25 times they have handed over documents to Kohberger's legal team between January 23, 2023, and May 28, 2024.
Kohberger was hiking or star gazing that night, his lawyers have now claimed in court. A defense affidavit filed in court in April states that Kohberger told his lawyers he 'was out driving in the early morning hours of November 13, 2022; as he often did to hike and run and/or see the moon and stars. He drove throughout the area south of Pullman, Washington, west of Moscow, Idaho including Wawawai Park.
