REYNOLDS STATION, Ky. -- The family of an 8-month-old girl in Kentucky that is missing are headed to court on multiple charges after she couldn't be found.
Tesla Tucker, 29, and 30-year-old Cage Rudd, of Reynolds Station, Ky., the parents of missing Miya Tucker, are due in court Monday to face charges of abandonment of a minor, child abuse, trafficking of legend drugs and engaging in organized crime, after she could not be located during a welfare check last week, according to Kentucky State Police.
Miya's grandfather, 56-year-old Ricky Smith, is due in court on the same charges. He is a convicted felon and persistent felon offender, said KSP. Miya's grandmother, 49-year-old Billie Smith, is arrested on Sunday for a 2023 domestic violence warrant for 2nd degree assault, during the search for the girl.
Tucker and Smith are booked into the Ohio County Detention Center. Rudd and Smith are all booked into the Daviees County Detention Center.Anyone with information regarding Miya’s whereabouts is urged to call KSP Post 16 at 270-826-3312.
