It says a government review committee has found the company has abided by storage regulations.

KUALA LUMPUR: Lynas has denied the assertion by Semambu assemblyman Lee Chean Chung that the rare earth plant has broken the law by storing a huge amount of scheduled waste or Neutralisation Underflow Residue .

Mashal added that the findings were consistent with several independent and scientific reviews, including by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
