Marichi Ramos, who claims to be the proprietor of The Cliff Resort, said that lawyer Lucas Licerio had rented out her property based on a false ownership claim.Ramos also alleged that Licerio filed a complaint before the Police Regional Office-6 to eject the resort's security agency and take over the property.She requested PRO-6 commander BGen. Jack Wanky for a copy of the complaint filed by Licerio against the Safety Protection Yielders Security Agency.
These agencies were previously employed by Licerio and were involved in an alleged forcible takeover of The Cliff Resort on July 1, 2016.Ramos and the Safety Protection Yielders Security Agency had requested to be served a copy of Licerio's formal complaint in the form of a verified complaint before responding to his allegations.
