An official from the Keiskammahoek Magistrate's Court in the Eastern Cape has been arrested for allegedly raping his teen stepdaughter, who is now pregnant. The man, who cannot be named to protect the stepdaughter, who is a minor, was arrested by police last week. He made his first appearance in the same court on 30 May.
