The Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams, yesterday, urged the Oyo State High Court in Ibadan to strike out the suit filed against him by Yoruba nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly called 'Sunday Igboho', over alleged defamation of character.
In an affidavit in support of the motion deposed to by one Michael Okunore on his behalf, Adams asked the court to strike out the suit for its failure to follow due process. “It is in the interest of justice to strike out the claimant’s suit before the court for the foregoing reasons,” he said.Before flagging, please keep in mind that Disqus does not moderate communities.
