Megyn Kelly slams Judge Merchan as a 'rabid partisan' and 'prosecutor in a judge's robe' over Trump's hush money trial outcome, speculates on jail time
Potential consequences for each count of the class E felony range from fines or probation to up to four years in prison. Joining Sky News host Paul Murray on Wednesday night, Kelly blasted the “rabid partisan” judge, accusing Judge Merchan of being “so biased” and ruling overwhelmingly for the prosecution in the trial.
Despite her criticisms, Kelly speculated Judge Merchan was clued in enough to realise the risk of sentencing Mr Trump to serve jail time.
