District Six land claimants are heading back to court to get answers from the government.

CAPE TOWN - District Six land claimants are heading back to court to get answers from the government to find out when they will receive their homes after being forcibly evicted during the 1970's by the apartheid government.They say the government is in contempt of court and are demanding answers.

Zahrah Norden from the District Six Working Committee said the delay of more than twenty years is an indication the government does not have a plan for the area.
