That included an alleged incident where a phone was thrown and broken during an argument between the pair, and another occasion where police were called when the pair were engaged in a physical fight in their yard. The other charges relate to incidents when the woman alleged Mr Benn had conducted sexual acts on her while she was asleep."The thing you would do at night … did make me uncomfortable."The court heard some of the alleged incidents happened after the pair were in the process of splitting up and the woman had met someone else.He said she had told him he was not enough.
