Hunter Biden and several members of his family are in federal court Monday in Wilmington, Del., for jury selection in the first of what could be two federal trials of the president’s son as his father seeks a second term in the White House.

The trial, in federal court in Wilmington, is not being televised, and reporters are not permitted to send live updates from the courtroom or the overflow room. Washington Post reporters will post updates here as frequently as possible during the day.
